Enterprise Governance, Integration & Transformation Application
Parivarta expressed as working software — and an honest account of why that translation isn't finished.
Every consulting engagement OSCI has delivered eventually runs into the same limit: the moment the engagement ends, the governance discipline built during it depends on the client's own team to keep it alive. A CMDB decomposed to the task level decays the day nobody maintains the discipline that built it. Truss exists to remove that dependency — to make the governance structural, enforced by the software itself, rather than dependent on a consultant's continued presence or a client's continued discipline.
What Truss Already Automates
The core of Parivarta's Assess and Redesign phases is already real, working software in Truss: a Configuration Management Database that cannot structurally decay — every component is required, at the database level, to trace to a real Business Process — and a Parivarta Accountability Model that replaces flat "Owner" fields with real, auditable role assignments. Incident priority recalculates live, on every read, rather than sitting static until someone remembers to escalate it.
Parivarta is a methodology built on human judgment as much as structure — a senior practitioner's read of a stakeholder workshop, the specific language used to secure executive buy-in, the pattern-matching that comes from having personally led forty engagements before this one. Some of that is genuinely software-shaped, and Truss captures it. Some of it isn't, at least not yet.
The Sustain phase's organizational judgment — knowing when a governance gate needs a human override, reading a room during a Design Approval workshop — remains deliberately outside Truss today. Automating it prematurely would mean guessing at judgment Truss hasn't yet been taught, rather than admitting plainly that this is still consulting work, delivered by a person, not a platform.
That's the honest boundary: Truss handles the structural half of Parivarta — the half that benefits from never being allowed to decay. The judgment half stays with OSCI's own practitioners, for now, because pretending otherwise would be a worse kind of dishonesty than simply naming the gap.
Why This Matters for an Engagement
A client engaging OSCI today gets both halves at once — the practitioner's judgment during the engagement itself, and Truss underneath it, so the governance structure doesn't quietly decay the day the engagement ends. That combination is the actual product: not software instead of consulting, and not consulting that leaves nothing durable behind, but both together.
